Norman S. Drubner - Owner/Broker Mr. Drubner was born in Waterbury, Connecticut. Mr. Drubner attended local schools and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School. He is senior partner in the Waterbury law firm of Drubner, Hartley & O'Connor and is the owner of Drubner Industrials. His professional affiliations include the Connecticut C.I.D., the National Council of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the International Association of Shopping Centers. He is also a member and past director of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce. He was formerly a Director of American Bank of Connecticut and has served as trustee of Teikyo Post University, St Margaret-McTernan School and the Jewish Federation of Waterbury. He has also served as a member of the finance committee of the Waterbury Hospital and as campaign chairman for the United Way campaign and The Greater Waterbury Easter Seals Campaign. He was the recipient of the Malcolm Baldridge Community Award in 2005. |

Paul M. Rodia - Agent A lifelong resident of the Waterbury Area, Mr. Rodia has been with Drubner Industrials for over 24 years doing commercial and industrial real estate. He received a B.S. in Business from Springfield College and was an investment broker before coming to Drubner Industrials. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Waterbury Chapter of the American Red Cross, serves on the scholarship committee of the Waterbury Foundation, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Highfield Club and is a member of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Oxford Economic Development Corporation. Specializing in Industrial, Commercial and Investment Real Estate, he has authored several articles for leading Real Estate publications and the annual Greater Waterbury Office and Industrial Real Estate Report. |

David R. Theroux - Broker Mr. Theroux is a native of Waterbury and attended local schools. He attended the University of Connecticut with a concentration in business. He has been a licensed broker for 35 years. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and the Country Club of Waterbury. His experience is as a Real Estate Developer with expertise in the field of light commercial and large scale residential (both multi-family and upscale single family) land developments. He has been specializing in commercial and industrial brokerage for 15 years. |

John G. Famiglietti - Broker John is a native of Wolcott, and is a graduate of Central Connecticut State College with a BA Degree in Geography / Urban Studies. Prior to his Real Estate career’ he owned and operated a catering business, serving the community for 18 years. John currently lives in Middlebury and has been active in the Real Estate community for the past 9 yrs. Prior to joining Drubner Industrials, John was the managing partner of Commercial Connection, a real estate company specializing in Retail and Commercial properties throughout the state. John worked as a tenant rep for national and regional tenants, and developers who were looking to expand in Connecticut. John is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. John is also active with the Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Waterbury and several other civic groups. |
